Notice regarding Batekoo Festival 2024
The Festival Batekoo 2024, originally scheduled to take place in São Paulo on 11/23/2024, has been postponed to 2025. A new date has not yet been confirmed.
Ticket holders may choose to request either a refund or a voucher to use for future events by this organizer.

Instructions and information on refunds:
- To request a refund, please complete this refund request form.
- Only requests submitted by 11/30/2024 will be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed gradually, with all refunds completed by 12/15/2024.
- After a refund is confirmed, the return time will vary based on the original payment method:
- PIX: up to 10 business days
- Credit Card: up to 2 billing cycles

Instructions and information on vouchers:
- To request a voucher, please contact Shotgun User Support beginning 01/02/2025.
- Only requests submitted by 01/30/2025 will be accepted.
- Vouchers can be used toward any event by the organizer Batekoo until the balance is fully used, with a final expiration date of 12/31/2025.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and will be linked to the email address of the Shotgun account used for the original purchase.
