If you can't find your ticket, it may be because you've created several Shotgun accounts, with different email addresses, or logged into your Facebook account, and you're looking for your ticket on the wrong account. Go to the Shotgun app to find all your purchased tickets, for past and upcoming events.
If you can't find your ticket there, don't forget to check all your mailboxes (if you have more than one, and the one linked to Facebook if your account is associated with it), and check your spam emails too.
If you bought your ticket from a reseller, or it was transferred to you, you'll be able to find your ticket directly on the Shotgun app, by logging into the account on which the ticket was transferred / sold to.
