This difference represents the rental fees, which are kept in order to allow the refund procedure to be possible. A refund, to be made, requires transaction costs, and to date no bank has accepted to cover them. These are costs which, despite the situation, are necessary because without them we could not initiate the refund transfers.
If you have resold your ticket, the resale cost breaks down into 2 parts:
- One half corresponds to the initial editing costs of your ticket, technical costs that we cannot recover: bank charges for online payment, sending sms and emails, customer support, etc.
- The other half is the "flash resale" service itself, which allows you to resell your place without having to do anything, a service that you will not find anywhere else.
