If your smartphone is lost or in bad condition, please bring a PDF of your ticket and some form of identification. On the spot we should be able to find you by name.
If not, write to us via the Help Centre form here and we'll do our best to make sure you get into the event safely.
If you have very poor reception or your Wi-Fi is playing tricks on you, don't worry. As long as you have opened the Tickets section of the app at least once since purchase, they will be activatable even offline.
And if you accidentally deleted the Shotgun app, no worries either, your tickets won't be lost and will still be there if you re-download the app.
If you simply don't have a smartphone or it's not compatible with our app, you can book your tickets just as easily and quickly from our Shotgun.live website.
