If after your purchase you can't find your ticket, it may be for several reasons:
- It's in your spam (check carefully) 😉
- The payment did not actually go through, this can happen even after the 3D secure verification (if you have any doubt contact us via the Help Center)
- You have another account that uses another email, in this case you will have to merge the two, contact us.
