Need help and not sure how to reach us? Here's how!
All requests must be sent via our chatbot. You can access it by clicking the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen, or the “Contact us” button at the top right of the page.
Once you open the chat, you'll find several topics to choose from:
- 💳 Check-out issues: if you have any issue during checkout (completing a payment, payment plan, etc.)
- 🎫 My orders: if you can’t find your order, need to change the name on your ticket or need an invoice
- 💸 Refunds: answers to question related to refunds (refund request, on another credit card, incomplete or not found) but also reward program (Cashback)
- ℹ️ Event information: if you’re looking for information about the event logistics (facilities, cashless, policy, event location, etc.), the organizer, ticket categories or need to report an illegal content on an event/organizer page
- 🎁 Promo codes: find answers about issues you might have regarding promo codes (lost promo code, how to use it, code not working or how to get one, etc.) **and the Shotgun reward score
- 🔄 Transfer & Resale: if you need help with the resale/transfer option (how to resell or transfer a ticket, resale unavailable, transfer not working, refund not found after a resell, can’t find ticket to resell, etc.)
- 🎟️ Find My Ticket: if you have trouble finding your ticket
- 💻 My Account: find solutions to any issues you’re having with your account (user profile, access, account information, account deletion, not receiving emails, etc.)
- ⏳ Waiting List: find answers to questions concerning the Waiting list (find waiting list, issue during payment, automatic debit, etc.)
- 👑 Reward Program: everything you need to know about the reward program (find the link to share, program not working, cashback not received, etc.)

If you still need help, the "Talk to someone" option will appear at the end of the flow.
After selecting "Talk to someone", you'll be asked to fill out a form. Once submitted, your request will be automatically forwarded to one of our agents.
