The name showing on your account or your tickets isn't the right one, or your orders are going to an email address you no longer use. Here's what you can fix yourself.
Changing your first name, last name, username or email address
These details can only be changed in the Shotgun app, in your profile settings.
Open the Shotgun app and go to your profile settings.
Tap where your profile name or email address is displayed.
Edit whichever detail you need: first name, last name, username or email address.
Save your changes before leaving the screen.

Can I change my details on the website?
No. Your first name, last name, username and email address can only be changed in the Shotgun app, in your profile settings. These details can't be edited on the website.
