Want to explore the social features on Shotgun and see what you can do from your profile?
Here’s an overview of the different sections and how to use them.
Profile and social features are currently available only on the Shotgun app.
By default, all Shotgun accounts are private.
You can choose to make your profile public and control which sections and information you want to show.

👉 What can I find on my profile?
Your profile includes several sections, depending on your activity and the information you've chosen to share.
Your profile header
The header is the top section of your profile, where you can personalize your profile and share information about yourself.
It can include your profile picture, bio, favorite music genres and social media.

You can also find all your followers and accounts you follow. Depending on their privacy settings, following someone can let you see their followers, people they follow, events they're interested in and events they've attended.

Going next
This section shows your upcoming events for which you have a valid ticket.
If you don't have any upcoming events, this section won't appear on your profile.
Highlights
This section highlights the artists and organizers you've interacted with on Shotgun based on your activity.
It appears once you've attended events from at least 3 different artists or organizers.
You may also see special tags based on your activity, such as “Top X% fan” above an artist or organizer, or “On Tour” under an artist's name.
Party Stats
This section gives you a fun overview of your Shotgun activity, including:
- 💎 Friends stats: your score compared with your friends
- 🌎 Country stats: your ranking among the Top 100 users in your country
- 🕺 Party Time: the total time you've spent at events
- 👟 Pedometer: your total number of steps at events, available on iOS only. Check 👟 How can I activate the pedometer
Memories
This section shows the past events you've attended, except for events associated with tickets that were transferred or resold.
Up to 9 recent events are displayed directly on your profile. You can access your full event history by tapping Memories.
👉 What can I see when I visit someone else's profile?
When you view another user's profile, you may see information you have in common, including:
- Mutual followers
- Shared events or artists
- The option to follow or unfollow the user or share their profile
- Shared experiences, highlighted through common points in the Going next, Highlights and Memories sections
The information you can see on another user's profile depends on their privacy settings and the information they've chosen to share.
