🎁 I haven’t received a scratch card for my order

You just purchased a ticket and were hoping to raise your Shotgun score but you didn’t receive a scratch card ? Here’s why :

⚠️ Scratch cards are only visible on the Shotgun app, not on the website !

In some particular cases, orders don’t generate scratch cards :

• Free tickets or orders entirely covered by a promo code don’t generate scratch cards since they cost 0€
  
  
• Transferred tickets also count as free tickets, so they don’t generate scratch cards either (even if you paid for it outside Shotgun)
  
  
• Tickets bought through the waiting list once the event is sold out
  
  

If you can’t find a scratch card nor your tickets on the app, please look at this article : I can’t find my ticket.

Also check that your app is up to date : if your version is too old, you might encounter issues with our usual features.
