You’ve been waiting for your Shotgun score to go up, but you noticed that it’s lower than expected : here you’ll fin possible explanations or solutions

If you just feel that your Shotgun score doesn’t match the number of orders you made on your account, check that all your tickets are on your app : if not, you might have 2 different Shotgun accounts. If you didn’t receive the reward associated to your Shotgun score (new app icon or promo code), check your app notifications and check that your app is up to date. If not, make sure to download the latest version.
