You bought a ticket and canât attend the event anymore ? Donât worry, we have a simple and secure way for you to resell it !
I want to resell my ticket
You can put your ticket on resell publicly until one hour before the event starts, by following these steps :
- Open the Shotgun app and go to âMy ticketsâ, then click on the concerned ticket to view the QR code
- Press the "Resell" button
- Confirm resale by clicking on "Resell my ticket"
If the event isnât sold-out yet, your ticket is immediately put back on sale and as soon as someone buys a ticket of the same category, you are automatically refunded to the credit card used for payment.
If the event is sold-out, your ticket is resold directly to users who joined the waiting list !
Once youâve received a notification saying your ticket has been resold, you will receive a receipt by email : your refund will then appear within 5 to 10 days in your bank account.
I want to resell my ticket to someone I know
If you already know someone to resell your ticket to, all you have to do is :
- Follow the same steps as explained above
- This time, click on the "Transfer" button
- Click on the "Send and ask for a refund" button
- Share the link that's given to you to the person you want to resell your ticket to !
The buyer only has to click the link and accept the transfer on their app for the resale to be completed.
