You put your ticket on resale, but you changed your mind and you now want to go to the event ?
As long as your ticket hasn’t been sold yet, you can cancel the resale anytime, by following these steps :
- On the Shotgun app, go to the “My tickets” section
- Click on the ticket in question
- On the QR code, click on the “pending resale” button and then “Cancel resale
⚠️ → If you decide to go to the event and use your ticket, don’t forget to cancel resale first !
→ If you put your ticket on resale on the Shotgun app, don’t put it on resale on another platform.
If your ticket has already been sold, unfortunately, you can’t get it back. You can still attend the event by buying another ticket, or subscribing to the waiting list if it is sold-out.
