You can’t or don’t want to go to the event anymore, but you can’t seem to be able to resell ! Don’t worry, you still have solutions to get a refund.
⚠️ Reminder: Tickets can be resold up to 1h before the end of their validity time (Ex : a ticket "Entry before midnight" won't be resalable past 11pm)
Ticket resale is always activated by default, except in specific cases:
- Tickets with specific rates (reduced rates, member tickets, promoter rates, VIP entries, etc.)
- Tickets subject to special conditions (group tickets, special offers, tickets with numbered seats, etc.)
- Only tickets bought on Shotgun can be resold via the Shotgun app
- Resale is blocked by the organizer.
However, you can resell your ticket outside Shotgun’s platform and just send the ticket in PDF to the person buying it. We suggest you to resell it to someone you know, or make sure that your transaction is as secure as possible. In case of fraud, we won’t be able to help since the transaction wasn’t made on Shotgun.
