You’re selling or giving your ticket to someone you know and it’s not working ? Here are a few things to check.
Check that both your app and the receiver’s app are up to date. If not, make sure to download the latest version before trying again.
Don’t forget that the receiver has to accept the transfer to complete it, either by phone number or email. Check this article if you need more information : I want to transfer my ticket to someone or cancel a transfer.
Make sure you sent the transfer demand to the right email address or phone number. If so, check that the receiver doesn’t have two Shotgun accounts : they might be connected with the wrong address on the app.
If it’s not working via phone number, try with the email address and vice-versa.
