🎁 I want to transfer my ticket to someone or cancel transfer

You got a ticket for a friend and want to send it as a gift ? Here are all the explanations you need !

I want to transfer my ticket

You can transfer your ticket to someone you know by following these steps :

• Open the Shotgun app and go to “My tickets”, then click on the concerned ticket to view the QR code
  
  

• Press the "Transfer" button
  
  

• Click on the option "Send as a gift"
  

• Click on "Transfer ticket"

You will be given a transfer link to share with the beneficiary of the transfer. On the app, you'll see a button "Pending transfer" on the QR code of your ticket. Once the person you sent the link to accepts the transfer, your QR code will appear grey and with a button "Transferred" displayed on it.

I want to cancel the transfer

⚠️ You can’t cancel a transfer once it’s complete ! The only way to get your ticket back is to ask the receiver to transfer it back to you.

You can cancel as a transfer as long as the beneficiary hasn’t accepted it yet. Click on the “Pending transfer” button that appears on the QR code of the ticket you’re transferring, then on “Cancel transfer”.

I want to transfer my ticket but I can’t

⚠️ Reminder :

→ Transfer is only available on the Shotgun app, not on the website.

→ The beneficiary has to accept the transfer to complete it.
