For each ticket sold, variable service fees are applied to cover the payment processing fees charged by our payment solutions and card networks, and to contribute to essential services to enhance your overall experience. Thanks to service fees, we can guarantee the 7-day customer support, the hosting of our platform on high-performance servers for maximum availability, and improvements to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. You'll see the fees displayed on screen before moving forward with the payment.
For each ticket resold, 15% fees will be applied. These fees cover administrative costs, ensure the security of transactions, and contribute to the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the platform. You'll see the fees displayed on screen before putting your ticket for resale. The maximum amount of fees that can be charged is €10.
Waiting List fees:
If you purchase a ticket through the waiting list, 15% fees will also be applied. These fees cover administrative costs and the maintenance of the platform. If you’re the buyer, the maximum amount of fees charged is €30.
