First, check that your payment method is valid on our platform. We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Maestro
- American Express
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Revolut Pay
Here are a few other things you can do :
- Check that your app is up to date : if not, install the latest version and try again.
- Delete all payment methods from your account and start again.
- Check that you don’t have an issue with your banking app or 3D Secure authentication system.
