In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data. To do so, simply contact us using the chatbot available at the bottom-right of your screen and select: My account > I want to access/delete my personal data
Here is the data that will be deleted:
- Identifiants: Credentials: email, phone, Spotify, SoundCloud...
- Known characteristics: gender, age, location (via IP), registered maps...
- Activities: Reward Score, friendships, registered events, organizers followed, artists followed, page visits...
- Contacts: deletion of your contact from all organizers' contact databases.
However, certain data such as your orders, tickets and transactions are retained for legal and accounting reasons; all other data and copies thereof are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
