If you just signed up on Shotgun, you will automatically be asked to confirm your e-mail address. You can still use the Shotgun app and website in the meantime, but you will need it to receive your orders by e-mail
I have a Shotgun account and I just bought tickets
It sometimes happen that email servers mark our email domain as unsafe, or spam. To prevent this, we make sure that users who might face this issue confirm their email address beforehand.
If your email address isn’t concerned by this, or if you already confirmed it, you have nothing to worry about! You will still receive your tickets by email for each order without any complementary action required.
If you need to confirm your email address, you will be notified on the order confirmation page, and you will receive an email asking you to do so instead of the email with your tickets. Once you have confirmed your email, your tickets will be sent to this address!
