You joined the waiting list for an event but you weren’t getting a ticket so you decided not to go in the end. However, you discovered afterwards that you were debited for a ticket, even though you won’t or didn’t use it !
⚠️ Reminder : → If you decide not to go to the event, or if you end up buying a ticket on the spot, remember to leave the waiting list. → Activate your Push Notifications when joining the waiting list.
I was automatically debited and the event hasn’t passed yet
If you register on the waiting list and activate auto-pay, as soon as a ticket becomes available you become the owner and you are automatically debited. You the receive a payment confirmation email along with your ticket.

I was automatically debited but the event has passed
You were automatically debited for a ticket that you didn’t use because you didn’t see that you had a ticket, you received the ticket too late, you went somewhere else, you bought a ticket on the spot, you didn’t want to go anymore, or any other reason. Unfortunately, since users are responsible for their automatic purchases, we don’t refund orders in this situation.
You still have the possibility to contact the organizer : I want to contact the event organizer with your order number, and explain the situation. They might be able to refund you since they are the only ones who can decide to issue a refund from now on : this is not guaranteed, it depends on whether or not they agree.
