The organization, delivery, and logistics of the event are the sole responsibility of the organizer.
This includes information such as the schedule, venue, lineup, entry requirements, age restrictions, dress code, lost and found, refund policies, and other event conditions.
Shotgun provides the platform that allows organizers to promote and sell tickets for their events. That's why we don't determine this information and can't answer for decisions related to how the event is organized or run.
If your question is about the event itself, contact the organizer directly. Questions related to your order, account, or payment should be handled by the Shotgun team.
👉 If you have a ticket for the event
If you have a ticket for the event, you can send a message directly to the organizer from your ticket.
📱 From the app:
- Open the Shotgun app and go to My tickets. Past events are still available under the Past tab.
- Tap the event ticket to display the QR code.
- Tap Other below the QR code.
Then tap Contact the organizer.
A form will appear on the screen where you can write your comments and questions. Tap Submit and wait for the organizer's response.

Click your profile picture and go to My tickets.

👉 If you don't have a ticket for the event
If you don't have a ticket for the event, the best way to contact the organizer is through the event's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.). They're usually quite active there!
You can also check the organizer's page on our platform: Sometimes, organizers add links to their social media accounts there, making it easier for you to find them.
