Is the event sold out, or are you wondering if you can buy a ticket at the venue?
Here’s where to find the information you need.
The event organizer is responsible for on-site ticket sales and the conditions for buying tickets at the venue.
👉 Can I buy a ticket at the door?
The event page on Shotgun is the first place to check whether tickets are still available and whether the organizer has shared any information about ticket sales at the door.
The organizer may also share updates through their official social media channels, especially as the event gets closer or on the day of the event.
Keep in mind that tickets sold at the door may have different prices compared with tickets sold online. If you have any questions about the price or conditions, check with the organizer before buying.
If you can't find this information or have questions about on-site ticket sales, contact the event organizer directly. Our Customer Care team won't have additional event-specific information beyond what is available on the event page.

Buying a ticket outside Shotgun
If you buy a ticket directly from another person, through another platform, or through a sales channel that isn't managed by Shotgun, the transaction takes place outside Shotgun's ticketing services.
In these cases, Shotgun does not manage, process or verify the transaction, and we can't guarantee or take responsibility for the payment, agreement or other conditions of the purchase.
We recommend using Shotgun whenever possible and taking care when buying tickets from unauthorized sources.
