Some ticket types may have specific entry times or conditions, so make sure to check the details of your ticket before attending.
The organizer may also share updates through their official social media channels, especially as the event gets closer.
If you can't find the information you need or have questions about entry times, late arrival or other entry conditions, contact the event organizer directly. Our Customer Care team won't have additional event-specific information beyond what is available on your ticket or the event page.

About possible fees at the door
In most cases, there is no additional fee to enter the event beyond the ticket you purchased.
However, some promotional or specific ticket types may have limited validity or specific conditions of use. For example, a ticket may only be valid until a certain time or under certain conditions. In these cases, the organizer may allow you to enter by paying the difference in price or an additional entrance fee.
If your ticket or the event page mentions any specific conditions, check with the organizer before attending if you have any questions. Shotgun does not set, collect, control or refund these fees.
