I have a receipt but I canât find the refund on my bank account
First, check the date your refund was issued - you can find this information on your receipt. Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to be processed by our platform. It may sometimes take additional time for your bank to make funds available on your account.
If you still have no trace of your refund after 15 days, contact your bank and ask whether or not they received your refund.
â ïž Reminder : a refund automatically goes back to the credit card used for the initial transaction
I donât have the same time credit card anymore
If your credit card expired, was blocked, or you closed your account, you will find all the information you need in the following article I want to be refunded on a different bank card.
I didnât receive a receipt for my refund
If you canât find your receipt in your inbox, check your spams or junk folder : sometimes, event-related communications may be filtered into these folders by email providers.
If you didnât get a receipt or a confirmation by email from Shotgun, it means the refund was not issued yet :
- If your refund is related to an event (cancellation, postponement, line-up or location change, etc) you can contact the organizers directly - you will find more information here: I want to contact the event organizer.
- If your refund is related to resale, this means your ticket hasnât been resold yet. You can find a more detailed explanation about this in the following article : My ticket isnât reselling.
