What should I do if I think I bought a ticket for a fraudulent event?
You can't verify an event's legitimacy yourself from the app or website. For this, contact the Shotgun Care team.
What we need from you
- The event name or a link to its page
- Your order number
- Any screenshots or messages you have
- A description of what seems suspicious to you
The team will get back to you once the report has been reviewed.
This isn't the right article if:
