The event logistics, in particular communication with their clients, is under the sole responsibility of the event organizers. As a ticket platform, we provide the event organizer with a service to help them create and sell tickets for their event.
Organizers are completely autonomous when using the platform and are the only ones who have this information and therefore can communicate about it. This information is usually sent through email, or can be displayed on social media. It sometimes happens that organizers send the email at the last minute, don’t worry.
