Getting a copy of your personal data
Under GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of your personal data. This can't be done from the app or the website. Contact the Shotgun Care team.
What we need from you

Deleting your personal data permanently
Under GDPR, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your personal data. This can't be done from the app or the website. Contact the Shotgun Care team.
What we need from you
- the email address linked to your Shotgun account
- the first and last name on the account
Here's what gets deleted:
- Credentials: email, phone, Spotify, SoundCloud…
- Known characteristics: gender, age, location (via IP), saved payment cards…
- Activities: Reward Score, friendships, registered events, organizers followed, artists followed, page visits…
- Contacts: your info is removed from all organizers' contact databases
However, certain data such as your orders, tickets and transactions are retained for legal and accounting reasons; all other data and copies thereof are permanently and irreversibly deleted.
