Each user has their own profile. By default, all accounts are set to private. You can choose to make your account public and/or which sections to show or not.

What’s in your profile?
Your profile is made up of several sections. Here’s what each one does:
- Your header
This is the top section of your profile, where you can personalize your identity. It includes among others your profile picture, short bio, music genres, etc. If you want to update this section, you can check: 🎨 I want to customize my Shotgun profile
You can also find all your followers and followings. Following someone let you see their followings, followers, events interested they’re interested in and their event attendances (if activated). You can check how to manage it here: 👥 I want to manage my followers or subscriptions
- Going next
In this section, you can find all your upcoming events for which you have a valid ticket.
If you don’t have any, this section won’t appear.
- Highlights
This section highlights the artists and organizers you’ve engaged with on Shotgun. It appears once you’ve attendent events from at least 3 different artists and organizers.
You may also see special tags like “Top X% fan” above an organizer and/or artist name based on your activity and “On Tour” under an artist name:
- Party Stats
A fun breakdown of your Shotgun activity! You can find:
- Friends stats (💎 score among your friends)
- Country stats (Top 100 users in your country)
- Party Time (total hours spent at events)

Pedometer (total steps at events, iOS only).

- Memories
This section show all the past events you’ve attended (excepted transferred or resold tickets)
Up to 9 recent events are visible on your profile, and you can access the full list via the “Memories” button.
What about viewing other profiles ?
When viewing another user's profile, you'll see:
- Your mutual followers
- Shared events or artists
- Option to follow/unfollow or share their profile (👥 I want to manage my followers or subscriptions)
- Shared experience: any shared experience are highlighted through a common point counter in the Going Next, Highlights and Memories sections:
