You just noticed two Shotgun debits on your bank account, but you only purchased one ticket ! Don’t panic, here are a few things you can check.
First, just wait : it might be a temporary card authorization on your account. It's just a quick check to make sure your card is legit and the purchase is safe. In this case, it’s just a display error that usually disappears within a few hours or days, it won't actually be charged to your account.
Worst case scenario, it can still appear on your bank account after 14 days : in this case, check with your bank that both payments were actually processed.
If so, contact us by using our chatbot located at the bottom-right corner of your screen page. Make sure to select: "Payment Issues" and "I was debited multiple times". You'll need to provide:
- The last 4 digits of the card used during the payment
- The exact amount of the order (giving is the precise amount is super important, for instance don’t indicate “65” if your order was 65,34$).
- The date of the order
