You just noticed two Shotgun debits on your bank account, but you only purchased one ticket ! Don’t panic, here are a few things you can check.
First, just wait : it might be a temporary card authorization on your account. It's just a quick check to make sure your card is legit and the purchase is safe. In this case, it’s just a display error that usually disappears within a few hours or days, it won't actually be charged to your account.
Worst case scenario, it can still appear on your bank account after 14 days : in this case, check with your bank that both payments were actually processed.

- Your order number from Shotgun, if you received it by email.
- A screenshot of the transaction on your banking (it must display the method of payment, the payment amount, the date and hour of the transaction).
- The last 4 digits of the credit card debited and the exact amount of this debit (giving is the precise amount is super important, for instance don’t indicate “65” if your order was 65,34$).
