You’re trying to order but your payment won’t go through ? Here’s what you can do.
I didn’t receive an order confirmation after I validated the payment
First, check whether or not you have been debited on your bank account : if you can see a debit for the ticket, please check this article : I can’t find my ticket.
If you’re sure your payment didn’t go through, you can :
- If you’re ordering on the app :
- Check that your app is up to date : if not, install the latest version and try again.
- Try to order on the Shotgun website and see if you still have the same problem.
- If you’re ordering on the website :
- Try another browser and make sure you’re not in private navigation mode.
- Try to order on the Shotgun app and see if you still have the same problem. You can download the application by scanning this QR code:
- Check that you don’t have an issue with your banking app or 3D Secure authentication system.
My card gets declined when I try to pay
Here are a few things you need to check :
- First check that your bank card is accepted on our platform : I can’t add my bank card to payment methods
- Check that your payment method by default is the right credit card and that it isn’t expired or blocked.
- Depending on the error message displayed, check with your bank that you don’t have a problem with your credit card.
- Finally, try to order with another card to see if the problem comes from your card, or your Shotgun account.
