This article explains how to pay your remaining instalments before their scheduled dates, what to check if the payment option isn't showing, and what to do if a payment fails.
Before you start, make sure:
- You're logged into your account on shotgun.live
- Your order was placed with the Deferred Payment Plan
- You still have payments listed as Pending
The deferred payment feature is only available on the web version of Shotgun. You can't manage it from the app.
👉🏼 How to pay an instalment early
You can pay any pending instalment ahead of its scheduled date, as many times as you want.
- Go to shotgun.live
- Click on your profile My Tickets
- Open the Pending tab
- Find your order
- Click Pay now next to the scheduled payment
Once the payment goes through, the amount is charged immediately to your payment method, your next scheduled payment date updates automatically, and once all instalments are paid, your ticket is sent automatically.
👉🏼 The Pay now button isn't showing
If you can't find the Pay now button next to an instalment, check the following:
- You're on the web version of Shotgun, not the app
- You're logged into the account used to place the order. Check the email address on your order confirmation.
- The instalment hasn't already been paid. A paid instalment no longer shows a Pay now button.
If you're still having trouble after completing these checks, contact the Shotgun Care team.

👉🏼 The payment fails when I click Pay now
If your payment doesn't go through, check the following:
- Your payment method is still valid and hasn't expired
- Your card has sufficient funds available
- Your bank hasn't blocked the transaction. Some banks may refuse repeated charges from the same merchant.
If you're still having trouble after completing these checks, contact the Shotgun Care team.
