The event logistics - hours, line-up, timetable, location, etc - are solely determined by the event organizer. They meticulously choose and schedule the artists, performers, venue, date of the event and any potential adjustment or change that needs to be made.

- Event logistics on site : security at the door, facilities, quality of the event for their clients, food and beverages, etc.
⚠️ Reminder : a change of date, line-up or venue is usually as unexpected for the organizers as it is for you. Don’t panic and give them a little time, they are looking for a solution.
