You bought the wrong ticket and want to change it?
This article explains what you can do if you want to modify the ticket you bought.

Tickets can't be changed or exchanged directly.
👉 What can I do?
Depending on your ticket, there are two ways you may be able to get the one you need.
1. Resell your ticket
You can resell your current ticket and purchase the ticket you actually want, if resale is available.
If you bought too many tickets, you can also resell only some of the tickets in your order.

Please note that resale may not be available for every ticket.
If the Resell button is missing, see what you can check and what options may still be available on ⛔ Resale and transfer are not available
Also keep in mind that resale is a separate transaction, so the amount you receive may not be the same as the amount you originally paid.
2. Use the “Upgrade” option
Some tickets let you switch directly to another available ticket through Upgrade, without needing to resell it.
Check your ticket in My tickets. If you see the “Upgrade my ticket” option, follow the steps on 🆙 I want to upgrade my ticket
Please note that Upgrade may not be available for every ticket.
