You picked the wrong day, access, or price category, and want a different ticket? Here's what you can do.

An order can't be changed, cancelled, or exchanged directly.
👉 Resell your ticket, then buy the right one
You can get a refund by reselling your ticket, then buy the ticket you actually wanted. This also works if you simply ordered too many tickets: you can resell part of your order, not all of it.
