You bought a ticket you don't want anymore, or can't make it to the event?
Here's what's possible, and how to do it.
Once your order is confirmed, it can't be cancelled or exchanged.
If you no longer need your ticket, you can put it up for resale through Shotgun, when resale is available for the event. Your ticket will be offered to other users, and you'll receive the corresponding refund if someone buys it.

If you bought the wrong ticket, category or date, see 🪄 I want to change my ticket.
If the event was cancelled or postponed, see ❌ The event was cancelled or postponed.
If the event was modified (line-up, venue, times) and you don't want to go anymore, see 🥸 The event didn't match what was announced.
If the Resell and Transfer buttons don't work, see ⛔ Resale and transfers are not available.
