You’ve placed an order but realized you didn’t get the right deal or want to upgrade for a more premium ticket? Here’s what you can do!
⚠️ This option is not systematically available.
To check if the option is activated, all you have to do is:
- Log into your Shotgun account
- Go to “My tickets” section.
- If you’re on the web: below your ticket, you'll see an "Upgrade my tickets" button.
- If you’re on the app: below your QR code, click on “more” and you’ll see the “Upgrade tickets” button. This will redirect you on the web.
- If the new ticket you want is available at the same price (for example from a Friday Pass to a Saturday Pass) you can go ahead and change your ticket for free : simply choose the option you want and confirm!
→ Your new ticket will be sent via email and accessible from the app.
→ If you can't see the option you want, it means that the category is sold-out.
- If you’re looking to upgrade to a more complete or premium ticket, for example:
- From Regular to VIP
- From 1-Day Pass to 3-Day Pass
- From Entry before midnight to All night access
All you have to do is to select the option you want : it will redirect you to the checkout page to complete your order.
→ Your new ticket will be sent via email and accessible from the app.
→ If you can't see the option you want, it means that the category is sold-out.
