I want to cancel or return my merchandising order
The right of withdrawal applies to merch items (unlike tickets): you have at least 14 days to return your order.
Return conditions are usually included in your order confirmation email.
To request a refund or make a return, you need to write to the Shopify seller's email address. You can find this in the confirmation email you received at the email address used for your purchase.
Make sure to enter the correct email address during checkout: otherwise, you won’t receive their communications.
