Oops, you’ve just placed an order but realized you didn’t get the right ticket, or didn’t put the right information… Here’s what you can do!

I bought the wrong deal and I want to change my ticket

You can’t change, cancel or exchange a ticket but you can get a refund by reselling your ticket through Shotgun and then buy the ticket you wanted in the first place. All the information you need is in this article: I want to resell my ticket

I want to change the name on my ticket

If you need to change the name displayed on your ticket, you can just contact us by filling in this form: Contact us. Please make sure to give us:

• the name to change
• the name to put instead
