Oops, you’ve just placed an order but realized you didn’t get the right ticket, or didn’t put the right information… Here’s what you can do!

I bought the wrong deal and I want to change my ticket

You can’t change, cancel or exchange a ticket but you can get a refund by reselling your ticket through Shotgun and then buy the ticket you wanted in the first place. All the information you need is in this article: I want to resell my ticket

I want to change the name on my ticket

If you need to change the name displayed on your ticket, you can just contact us by using our chatbot located at the bottom-right corner of your screen page. Please make sure to select:

• "I want to change the name displayed on my ticket"
