You bought a ticket you don't want anymore, or can't make it to the event? Here's what's possible, and how to do it.
Once your order is confirmed, it can't be cancelled or exchanged. The only way to get your money back is to resell your ticket through Shotgun. Your ticket goes back on sale, and you're refunded once someone buys it : check 💵 I want to resell my ticket
